MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) elected Jennifer Wollmann, CIPS, C2EX as its 2021 chairman of the board. She and the 2021 MIAMI leadership boards were installed March 25 at MIAMI’s 101 Inaugural Gala Reception at the Biltmore Hotel Country Club Courtyard.
“MIAMI Realtors has done a spectacular job at educating our members and the public on how to view properties and complete transactions virtually as well as safely in person,” Wollmann said. “We advocated on behalf of property owners, tenants and businesses and ensured that real estate was considered an essential business.”
The MIAMI Corporate Board is dedicated to leadership in the industry, the real estate profession, and the communities they serve. MIAMI leaders impact key policy decisions and important issues affecting the industry, analyze information, and are actively and visibly involved in real estate related issues, events, and programming.
Wollmann is a sales associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty.
Wollmann has been a licensed Realtor for 20 years. She is active in many community organizations. Wollmann is part of the Miami-Dade Economic Recovery Task Force. She has served on the Village of Pinecrest Planning Board and the Village’s Transportation Master Plan Steering Committee. She has served on Miami Dade County Public School’s Site Selection, Planning and Construction Committee, the Florida Realtor Association’s Smart Growth Committee, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Environment and Education committees, and the Grievance Committee for the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.
Wollmann is a longtime MIAMI Realtors leader, having first served on the MIAMI Commercial board in 2015. During her tenure as 2019 MIAMI commercial president, Wollmann helped MIAMI Commercial launch South Florida’s only commercial multiple listing service (MLS) and commercial public portal in in response to demand from Realtors, buyers, and investors for access to South Florida commercial listings.
Wollmann earned the 2019 Commercial Realtor of the Year award from MIAMI REALTORS.
Wollmann was raised in South America and is fluent in Spanish. She has a background in business and environmental science. Wollmann moved to Miami from the San Francisco Bay Area and fell in love with South Florida. Her excitement about life in South Florida translates into her real estate practice.
