Christopher Zoller Elected 2015 Residential President of MIAMI Association of REALTORS, Announcing the 2015 MIAMI Residential Board of Governors

The nation’s largest local Realtor association has elected longtime Miami Realtor Christopher Zoller, CRS as its 2015 Residential President. He and the entire Board of Directors were installed recently at the MIAMI Association of REALTORS Annual Inaugural and Awards Luncheon.

The Residential Board of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS is dedicated to leadership in the industry, the real estate profession, and the communities it serves. MIAMI residential leaders impact key policy decisions and issues affecting the residential real estate industry. They analyze information, are actively and visibly involved in events and programming, and promote Miami and South Florida worldwide. The association represents 36,000 residential, commercial, and international real estate professionals.

“I’m hoping to continue the high level of professionalism that we have in our industry,” Zoller said. “I want to continue upholding the ethical standards that we have. I want to make sure every experience a buyer has with a Realtor is the most professional level we can provide.”

Zoller began selling real estate in Connecticut in 1973. Zoller moved to several U.S. cities before settling into Miami in the late 1980s. He has been working with EWM Realty International, Inc. and Christie’s International Real Estate in Miami since 1988. Zoller specializes in custom properties for commercial and residential clients.

Zoller’s clientele includes local and international residential customers, investors and luxury home owners, small and medium businesses as well as large corporations. He has consulted for start-ups as well as large expansions. He has served as director for both the Florida Association of Realtors and for the National Association of Realtors. He is a former chairman of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.

In 2009, Zoller was named the MIAMI Residential Realtor of the Year. Today, he serves on the City of Coral Gables’ Code Enforcement Board. In the past, he has served the City of Coral Gables on the Property Advisory Board, the Budget and Finance Board and the Transportation Advisory Board.

Zoller is engaged in supporting local and national charities such as Camillus House, United Way, American Red Cross, DRI, and the Lighthouse for the Blind.
