The MIAMI Association of REALTORS, the largest local Realtor association in the nation has elected as its 2012 Residential President Patricia Delinois, CDPE, NSFA, TRC, president, CEO, and owner of Century 21 Premier Elite Realty. She and the entire Board of Directors were installed on February 3rd at the Annual Installation Luncheon at Jungle Island in Miami. The Residential Board of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS is dedicated to leadership in the industry, the real estate profession, and the communities it serves. MIAMI residential leaders impact key policy decisions and important issues affecting the residential real estate industry, analyze information, and are actively and visibly involved in events and programming. The association represents over 26,000 professionals in residential, commercial, and international real estate, and is larger than 38 state associations.

Working in real estate since the age of 18, Delinois is a director for the National Association of Realtors and Florida Realtors and a founding member of the Master Brokers Forum. She has served as a speaker on numerous Real Estate topics, lobbied for the industry on Capitol Hill, and is very involved in Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC).

Originally from Canada, Delinois is fluent in French, Spanish, and Creole and has held leadership roles in various international organizations, including the advisory board of Glozal. She represented MIAMI at the 2011 Salon de l’Immobilier in Paris, France, and presented sessions on South Florida real estate for French professionals and consumers.

Delinois has been an active member of the Woman’s Cancer Association since 1992, past president of the Barton Ravlin Chapter, chair of the Silver Lady and Silver Angel Tea for six years, member of Honey Shine mentoring program for young girls, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. For over 15 years, she has also mentored young women to become successful in their careers.

Continuously active in the community, Delinois is a trustee member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and served as a Real Estate delegate with Enterprise Florida, traveling on trade missions with Governor Jeb Bush to Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.

Fernando I. Martinez, FM Realty Corporation, will serve as President-Elect of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS. He is past president of the Builders Association of South Florida (BASF).
