RCA Miami Presents 2011 RCA Super Conference and Commercial Real Estate Expo on November 18

The Realtors Commercial Alliance of MIAMI (RCA MIAMI) presents the annual RCA Super Conference & Commercial Real Estate Expo on November 18th from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the historic Biltmore Hotel in Miami, Florida.

More than 20 national, regional and local speakers will address a wide variety of commercial real estate topics, including future key drivers in the South Florida economy, real estate investment trusts (REITS), commercial investment, land, and retail. These leading industry experts will identify economic trends, prospects, and future opportunities and will address current challenges in the South Florida commercial marketplace.

Keynote presenter Tony Goldman CEO of Goldman Properties, will talk about the transformation he has seen in South Florida since he has invested in the area. Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt, dean of the University of Miami Medical School, will discuss how medical and technological innovation will be an important growth sector in the region.

“We have speakers from New York to Tennessee highlighting opportunities and trends in commercial real estate, including catalysts for future growth in South Florida,” said Betty B Gonzalez, CCIM, RCA MIAMI President.

  •     Real Estate Investment Trust (REITS): National companies will present their “Present and Future Stake in the Region”
  •     A broker, developer investor and attorney will present “Land: The Dirt on Dirt: Future Developments Start with Land”
  •     SIOR panel of brokers will provide details on “The State of Industrial”

Cost for RCA MIAMI members and members of partner organizations is $79 and $99 for non-members. Luncheon tables of eight (8) are available for $600, includes premium seating and company signage. The REALTORS Commercial Alliance of MIAMI (RCA MIAMI) seeks to serve commercial members and to shape and unify the commercial real estate brokerage and service industry in South Florida.
