What Markets Will I Have Access to Search Listing Data?
CRMLS (California) 41 Associations, Boards and MLSs - largest MLS in the country plus FMLS (Georgia) 24 counties surrounding Atlanta AND FMLS members have listings in almost all of Georgia's 159 counties PLUS listings from members in Alabama, Tennessee and North & South Carolina and OMNI MLS throughout Mexico.
As a MIAMI member, will I be able to enter listings into these other MLS?
IntraMatrix will allow you search/view access only, which disables the Add/Edit functionality.
What about offers of compensation?
NO offer of compensation extends from the listing Subscribers of CRMLS (California), FMLS and Omni MLS (Mexico) to SEF MLS (MIAMI) subscribers. Compensation offered shall be displayed in the Licensed Content in accordance with applicable NAR rules; the display of compensation offered shall not be deemed a unilateral offer of compensation from the listing Subscriber of CRMLS, FMLS and Omni MLS (Mexico) to Subscribers of SEF MLS (MIAMI) unless the SEF MLS (MIAMI) Subscriber is properly licensed to sell real estate and receive compensation in accordance with all applicable state or country law.
Did SEF MLS (MIAMI), FMLS and Omni MLS merge their data bases?
No, IntraMatrix is a feature that allows users from one MLS system to access another. The databases continue to owned and operated by each individual MLS.
