(HQ) Understanding 1031 Exchanges – 2 CE

This course is approved for 2 HRS of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we can not issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class.  Sign-in and Sign-out is required for this class to receive full credit.

What is the benefit to investors and owners in regards to IRS Section 1031
What is a Qualified Intermediary and what do they do
Explanation of the 1031 exchange process, including the 45 and 180 day deadlines in a 1031 transaction
What taxes are deferred in a 1031 exchange
What kind of 1031 Exchanges are allowed and what can you 1031 Exchange
