The second part of Commercial investment Analysis 1 picks up right where part 1 leaves off and teaches agents how to predict and value the future. Agents will learn how to create a pro forma and to do TVM (time value of money) calculations, internal rates of return, and net present values with confidence. Agents will leave this class with a much greater understanding of the value of their product over time and the ability to communicate that to their customers.
