This course examines the art of negotiation and what it can mean for real estate professionals when practiced correctly. This course will help Realtors build skills and better understand how to find a suitable compromise while keeping the focus on what each party needs to get out of the transaction.
By the end, course attendees will be able to:
- Recognize and respect the needs of all parties and to be able to work together.
- Successfully conclude a negotiation where each participant leaves satisfied.
- Demonstrate 6 negotiating tactics that benefit the
parties to the negotiation - List the 5 power positions and how each can be used in
a specific negotiation to achieve the desired outcome
