This course is approved for 3 HRS of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we can not issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. New and seasoned REALTORS® alike will find value in this Loan Qualification Workshop, which was designed to continue educating Realtors® who already have a working knowledge of the fundamentals of mortgage finance and general lending policy and practices. Looking at income and credit, students will be able to determine the financial stability of their potential borrower. Case studies will also be provided to allow students to learn using real-life scenarios.
Special note: Students are required to bring a calculator
Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to:
• Have a working knowledge of how to determine a borrower’s capacity to carry mortgage debt.
• Using all three types of agency loans: FHA, VA and FNMA/FHLMC
