Building on the foundations from our previous classes, “Zoning and How it Works in Real Estate” and “CRE and the Entitlement Process”, this third session is a hands-on workshop designed to provide practical, real-world experience navigating essential governmental resources.
Attendees will learn how to locate, access, and utilize critical information from County and Municipal websites, including:
- Zoning Information
- Planning Departments
- Building Departments
- Water and Sewer Departments
- DERM and Department of Environmental Management
- Other relevant governmental agencies
This class provides a comprehensive scope of CRE due diligence, allowing participants to confidently gather and interpret valuable data and includes practical exercises to reinforce skills and ensure attendees leave knowing exactly where to find the information you need.
