MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld, in collaboration with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the City of South Miami, unveiled the South Miami and SoMi District Letters, this week at Palmer Park. MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld has built 13 sets of letters in the last seven years to benefit South Florida communities using NAR grant money: Miami Gardens, Miami, Doral, Sweetwater, Miami Springs, Jupiter, Miami Lakes, Coral Gables, CRE (Commercial Real Estate), Hialeah, Homestead, South Miami, SoMi District and more are on the way!

The major 30-year expansion plan would increase University of Miami student enrollment from 13,000 to 17,500, convey the 5.5-acre Lee Lincoln Parcel to the city as a public park, revise the payment schedule to include an annual 4% increase, transfer 70 city-managed metered parking spaces to the university and allow the construction of a hospital with up to 100 beds.
