Steps to Register for Property Fraud Alert in St. Lucie County
- Go to the Property Fraud Alert signup page
- Use the official link to begin registration https://erec.mypalmbeachclerk.com/FraudAlert
- Choose what you want to monitor
- Select a person’s name or a business name
- Enter the name(s) to monitor
- Include all variations (middle names, initials, suffixes, etc.)
- Enter the property address
- Add all address variations and abbreviations
- (Optional) Enter your parcel number
- Use the full 17-digit parcel number if registering it
- Follow formatting rules
- Do not include punctuation (periods, commas, apostrophes)
- Provide your email address
- This is where alerts will be sent
- Select language and submit
- Choose your preferred language and send the confirmation email
- Confirm your registration
- Check your email and complete the signup process
- Repeat for additional names (if needed)
- You can register multiple names separately
