The JTHS-MIAMI Board of Governors are the think tank, brain trust and expert resource for Realtors in Palm Beach and Martin counties. The Governors identify and monitor threats, opportunities and solutions based on the issues and challenges facing JTHS-MIAMI members on a day-to-day basis.

Kriske: 20-Year Career Rooted in Advocacy, Education & Community

Kriske’s introduction to real estate began long before she ever held a license. At 20 years old, after struggling to find a safe and secure place to call home, she did what she’s always done: she researched, saved, and figured it out. That search led her to the SHIP loan program, which made it possible for her to build her first home and experience firsthand how access, education, and guidance can change someone’s trajectory.
Naturally, she shared the process with friends, and conversations quickly turned into questions about buying, building, and the market. Those questions turned into buyer leads — which her mother, a real estate broker, was happily collecting. In 2005, Jaime earned her real estate license and began what has become a more than 20-year career rooted in advocacy, education, and community connection.
Today, Jaime is a trusted real estate professional with more than two decades of experience serving Hobe Sound and the surrounding communities. As the founder of Living in Hobe Sound, she has built a hyper-local brand focused on education, transparency, and connection, helping buyers and sellers navigate an increasingly complex real estate landscape with confidence.
Known for blending deep market knowledge with modern tools, Jaime embraces digital media, video, and emerging technology to better inform consumers while maintaining a relationship-first approach.
