PAYMENT PLANS & STATUS CHANGES
“How many payments can I make?”
Your best choice is to pay IN FULL by June 11 because you save $75 and receive incentives valued up to $700 (Only for REALTOR Associate and REALTOR members who are billed for Local & MLS dues). However, for a 4th consecutive year we are also offering a three (3) payment or a five (5) payment option (Equal Payments). Our payment plan options are available with no additional fees as long as the credit card charge is not declined.
What happens when I enter into a three or five payment plan and one of my payments fails?
If one of your payments is declined, all services will be suspended until the issue has been resolved. In addition, a $30 processing fee will be added after 24 hours for EACH failed payment. PLEASE NOTE: all remaining payment dates will stay the same, regardless of the date when any payment fails to authorize.
Do I still have to pay my dues if I place my license as voluntarily Inactive?
No. When you notify us your license is voluntarily “Inactive” in DBPR, you are under no obligation to pay your annual dues. However, if you decide to activate your license any time prior to July 1 of the following year, the amount due for your membership to Florida REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® and the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® will not be prorated and payment options may be limited.
“Why can’t you offer more payment options or monthly payment?”
A portion of your dues goes to the National Association of REALTORS and Florida REALTORS. There is no way for us to collect their portions over 12 (twelve) months without delinquency for their early due dates.
“What is Sign Up Now, Pay Later?”
Opting into this service, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the FULL payment, on June 11, 2025. You will receive on-time discount and incentives. To prevent duplicate charges, please do not attempt to pay your dues after opting into any Sign Up Now, Pay Later option. All incentives & discount are included.
“What if I go Inactive or move to a referral office after I have already paid my dues?”
As per Association bylaws and policy, all dues are non-refundable.
“How long will it take for my MIAMI services to get reactivated once I’ve paid?”
Once payment has been received and processed, please allow up to (24) hours for all services to be restored.
“Can I pay with a check or cash?”
Yes. You can visit one of our (6) locations, checks should be postmarked by June 11 to receive early payment discounts and incentives.
