UPDATE | Attention: Due to Hurricane Ian the September 2022 license renewal deadline has been extended to November 22, 2022. Those due to renew by September 30, 2022, now have until midnight on November 22, 2022 to renew their license.
Florida real estate agents and brokers who needed to renew their license by tomorrow, please be advised that Governor DeSantis and Secretary Melanie Griffin have issued the attached Executive Order extending the existing license renewal deadline of Sept 30, 2022 through October 31, 2022.
