Miami-Dade County

Condo/townhouse sales in Miami-Dade rocketed up 80% to 2,201 while the median sales price increased 13.4% to $305,000. Sales of condos for over $1 million more than tripled with a 204% increase. Active listings dipped 28%, so the supply of inventory at the current sales pace decreased to 8.7 months. That’s a fairly balanced market between buyers and sellers, a big change from the buyer’s market a year ago.
