  • Understand the Buyer Showing Agreement and how to use it
  • Understand Procuring Cause
  • Understand the Energy Efficiency Disclosure and what the FR/BAR AS-IS Contract says about it
  • Understand the Buyer’s Disclosure Statement and how to use it
  • Name ten reasons agents fail
  • Name ten rules for success
