This series is for YOU if you are a Florida real estate agent, licensed assistant, broker, or team lead, AND:
• You have taken a boring contract class or two, but you are dying to become a master of the Florida sales contracts in order to differentiate yourself from the competition.
• You are prepared to navigate common issues in Florida real estate transactions (and how to avoid them).
• You are eager to demonstrate how you can help your customer become comfortable with the contract terms as part of your Listing and Buyer Agent Presentations.
• You want to dive deep into the sales contracts, addenda, and disclosures and review real-world hypotheticals and best practices in our local market.
• Are ready to bridge the gap between a closing attorney’s “ideal world” and the what happens in the real estate “real world.”
