This course is approved for 4 HRS of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we can not issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class.  Sign-in and Sign-out is required for this class to receive full credit.

If you are licensed in a hot real estate market, you might face challenges finding homebuyers. Property prices in such markets are too high for regular people.  On the other hand, these hot markets are the exact locations where real estate investors will want to buy properties to benefit from the high demand for both short-term and long-term rentals. Moreover, markets with high demand, rental rates, and return on investment will attract investors from out of state and even from outside the US. This is a much larger client pool than the segment of the location population which might be interested in purchasing a home. So, if you decide to specialize in working with investors, you will be able to attract many more qualified leads and to sell even in a strong seller’s market where homebuyers cannot compete.

The first conversation you have with an investor is one of the most important you will have and it will set the context for every interaction going forward. Take it very seriously, because this is serious business. Without a great agent there would be a large gap to fill in the real estate industry. This 4-hour high-information class prepares agents to work with investors. It gives you the essential knowledge you need to be an asset to your customers. We teach agents the language of investment and the math skills to back it up. This nuts-and-bolts program provides insight into the investment side of the business. You’ll learn how to work with investors more often or even invest yourself. This class is dedicated to teaching agents the skills to analyze investment property, how to know work with debt, and the key to presenting it to their investor customers in a way that makes you stand out as a pro. You will learn the skills to speak with confidence to investors and at the same time become a true real estate investment specialist.

After registering for the meeting, you will receive a confirmation, click on the zoom link provided.  Follow the instructions containing the Zoom meeting instructions; CLICK “ADD TO CALENDAR” to reserve the time in your personal calendar and save the join instructions.  

Saving the reservation to your calendar will provide an automated reminder about the session as well as the instructions to Join the session with the time comes. 

When it’s time to join the meeting, simply follow the prompts in your ZOOM calendar reservation. From your Computer/Laptop/Tablet, click the URL/link to join the event. Make sure your volume is turned up so you can hear the instructors when they start the session.
