MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) hosted its fifth Young Professionals Network (YPN) Global Congress and had an expanded presence at Canada’s largest real estate conference and trade show, Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) REALTOR® Quest, on May 14-15. This week, MIAMI will present and exhibit at one of Europe’s top conferences: SIMA (Salon Inmobiliario Internacional de Madrid) from May 21-24.
“Global is at the core of our mission,” MIAMI REALTORS® CEO Teresa King Kinney said. “Working together, learning from each other and expanding global networks benefits all. MIAMI’s major presence at these two events creates global business opportunities for members and enhances South Florida’s global exposure.”
More than 11,000 and 19,000 visitors, respectively, are expected to attend REALTOR® Quest and SIMA. Grammy Award-winning international superstar, Miami native, Mr. 305 and now Mr. Worldwide Pitbull (Armando Christian Perez) is a keynote speaker for REALTOR® Quest. SIMA is known as The Global Hub of Living with companies from 25+ countries in attendance.
YPN Global Congress at 2025 TRREB REALTOR® Quest
MIAMI REALTORS® saw a need in the marketplace and created YPN Global (the first real estate association in the world to do so) to not only create top conferences for young, career-focused real estate professionals but to help them with global networking opportunities.

SIMA: The Global Hub of Living
MIAMI REALTORS® Vice President of Business Development & Global Liz Juffin and 2024 MIAMI Commercial President Lorenzo Perez Jr. will exhibit and present at SIMA 2025 in Madrid, Spain.
This marks MIAMI REALTORS®’ return to the prestigious SIMA conference. MIAMI had exhibited and presented for many years. Spain ranks as the No. 7 top foreign buyer in South Florida among all countries, according to the 2024 MIAMI REALTORS® Global Report.
MIAMI will work to enhance Miami’s global exposure in a conference expected to have 19,000 visitors, 3,000 companies and more. Juffin will also present a 10-minute Miami in the Rankings program.
International Partnerships
MIAMI will also have an eye on signing bilateral agreements with other global associations. MIAMI has 283 international real estate partners, the most of any REALTOR® association in the United States. MIAMI has international partners in more than 76 countries and six continents.
Bilateral agreements provide our valued international partners with resources, visibility, and connections. These alliances also create business opportunities for MIAMI members, enhance Miami’s global position and strengthen the local real estate market and economy.
Earlier this year, MIAMI signed three new international partnerships: Dubai Land Department; Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) and the Brazilian Reference Alliance of Networking and International Business (BRANIB).
