My Favorite Searches
1. Go to Matrix Search and enter your criteria, work with the map if needed and review the results
2. Instead of creating a Saved Search, give yourself a nice little shortcut right from YOUR Matrix Dashboard
3. Set up this search as a Favorite Search on the Favorite Searches Widget
4. Remember: You are saving the criteria not the results so that you can run this search later or as needed when working with Buyers or Sellers
