“Source of income” discrimination law updates

Make sure you are staying informed of all the federal, state, and local fair housing laws! “Source of income” is a protected class in Miami-Dade County and Broward County, but we are seeing lawsuits filed based on source of income discrimination in at least one municipality that does not have these laws on the books.

If you missed our webinar on January 27, 2022, make sure you watch the recording on MIAMI REALTORS Live. The slide deck from the webinar is HERE, and the Tenant Screening Checklist is HERE.
