In response to many of you receiving demand letters claiming that your websites are not compliant, Florida Realtors and Promet Source just released this resource: ADA Website Compliance: A Webinar for Realtors. The webinar guides Realtors through the legal aspects of Americans With Disabilities Act requirements for websites as well as what you need to do to bring your website into ADA compliance. UPDATE AS OF MARCH 23, 2022: The U.S. Department of Justice has provided Guidance on Web Accessibility and the ADA.
