Sales of single-family homes in Broward County jumped 39.3% to 1,870 while the median sales price grew 14.1% to $445,000, according to the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors. Sales of $1 million-plus homes surged 150%. Active listings declined 55%, so the supply of inventory at the current sales pace fell to 1.6 months. That’s a seller’s market.
