Demand at ‘all-time high’: South Florida home sales up nearly 30%, condo sales up 50% in March

Single-family home sales in the tri-county area jumped 28.7% to 5,143 compared to the same month a year ago. The median sales price increased 20.4% to $457,500
Meanwhile, condo/townhouse sales in South Florida surged 49.8% to 5,991 while the median sales price increased 18.6% to $255,000.
