This course is approved for 7 hours of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we cannot issue credit for less than the number of approved hours.


CIPS: Global Real Estate: Local Markets (Pre-requisite) – must be taken before any other course.

This course offers you practical information on working with Caribbean, North, Central, and South American investors.  Historical and cultural influence, regional relationship, and investment opportunities are covered along with a special focus on Mexico.

Registration via ZOOM link is REQUIRED  to reserve your place and join the training session.
Computer / Laptop / Tablet with internet and audio is REQUIRED.
