– Create a just sold flyer Agent 3000
– Create a just sold postcard Remine
Send a Request for a Review – RealSatisfied
– Share on social media (Facebook and Twitter)
– Claim your Realtor.com
Send a handwritten Thank You card/gift – Matrix contacts
– Create custom past customer group
– Create Mailing Labels
Enroll customer in eProperty Watch
Schedule to send a mini CMA to your customers once or twice a year – iMapp or Remine CMA
Engage in social media
– Take a picture with your happy customers
– Tag them
