FLORIDA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION (“FREC”) HEARINGS: YOUR GUIDE TO HOW, WHEN, AND WHERE TO ACCESS PROCEEDINGS.
HOW: Legal cases for licensees are heard during FREC meetings. FREC meetings can be accessed via live stream HERE.
WHEN: FREC meeting dates, agendas, and minutes can be found HERE.
- FREC meetings are generally held two consecutive days per month at 8:30 AM EDT. The legal cases for licensees are heard during the legal agenda.
- For 2026, you can find the meeting dates HERE.
WHERE: Prior to obtaining access to the meeting, you will be prompted to register.
- Select the date of the meeting you wish to attend.
- Submit your first and last name and email address.
- Once you click “register,” you will be able to add the meeting dates to your calendar. You will also receive an email providing you with the link to join the meeting(s) you selected. You can use your computer’s audio or if you prefer you can use your phone and call in using the numbers provided in that email.
