MIAMI Realtors to Sign 300th Global Partnership & Expand South Florida’s Global Exposure at MIPIM

MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) will sign its record 300th global partnership, champion the distinct and powerful Miami lifestyle and launch more global business for South Florida during its expanded presence at the world’s largest commercial real estate event, MIPIM, from March 9-13 in Cannes, France.

MIAMI will sign its 300th international partnership with CEPI- the European Association of Real Estate Professions, which represents real estate agents in 26 countries. MIAMI will exhibit, present and position the city to attract more global business with Florida REALTORS®, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) and the Miami-Dade Beacon Council, the county’s official economic development organization.

“Miami is the hottest global market in the U.S. and it’s at these events where we meet with investors and launch more global, business and investment opportunities for South Florida and the world,” MIAMI Chairman of the Board-Elect Katherine Arteta said.

This will be MIAMI’s 13th year exhibiting and presenting at MIPIM. Through the years, MIAMI’s presence at the event opened new markets/countries to investing in South Florida. In 2026, MIPIM will have 20,000+ delegates, 6,500+ investors, CEOs, chairmen, political leaders from 90 countries participating and $4 trillion in assets managed by investors attending.

MIAMI is honored to partner with Florida REALTORS®, which will have its own booth at MIPIM. MIAMI will be traveling with Florida REALTORS® Director of Global Business Maria Grulich and Florida REALTORS® leadership to its 2026 global events, available at FloridaRealtors.com/Global. This is the third year GMCVB travels with MIAMI to MIPIM; and the first for the Beacon Council.

MIAMI, which also features Broward, Jupiter, and Martin counties, will continue to enhance Miami’s position as a premier global city, work to attract more commercial and residential investment for South Florida and emphasize the advantages of doing business with MIAMI members. MIAMI’s booth will feature a new MIAMI REALTORS® produced “South Florida #1 Global Business & Investment Destination” brochure, several videos produced by MIAMI including one titled “The Miami Mega Region Advantage” and more.
