Pujol, a Miami native, is the sales manager of Compass Coconut Grove.
Pujol is a distinguished real estate leader with nearly 20 years of experience shaping the South Florida real estate market. Throughout his career, Pujol has consistently demonstrated leadership, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
As the 2026 Chairman of the MIAMI Association of Realtors, Pujol leads with the theme “One Miami,” with top priorities of global, advocacy and technology. Pujol’s focus is on empowering members, advancing strategic initiatives, and positioning MIAMI REALTORS® to continue leading amid an evolving market.
Pujol has been an active contributor to the real estate community, serving as a Broward-Miami Board Governor since 2018 and as the 2023 President of Broward-Miami. He is a member of the NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Realtors). He also serves as a National Association of REALTORS® and Florida REALTORS® director.
Pujol was named a 2022 20 Under 40 Winner by MIAMI REALTORS®. He has been recognized as a NAHREP top 250 agent in 2013-2014, and served as Team Leader for a national brokerage from 2017-2023. He is currently serving as a manager for the #1 residential brokerage by sales volume in South Florida.
Pujol lives in Miramar with Rosie and son Alfredo III. Active in the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and community events throughout Florida including Optimist Club of Miami Lakes 6u baseball.
