MIAMI REALTORS® Sharing Reciprocal MLS Access with 510,000+ Realtors Globally; MIAMI Launches First IntraMatrix Partnership in Canada

MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (MIAMI) and Information Technology Systems Ontario (ITSO) in Canada today announced a groundbreaking data share partnership between their respective Multiple Listing Services. This is MIAMI’s 11th partnership using Cotality’s IntraMatrix platform and first in Canada, a market with strong synergy with South Florida. MIAMI and ITSO Realtors can access each other’s listings — introducing new referral opportunities and additional listing exposure for both markets.

Canada has always been one of South Florida’s top foreign buyer markets, ranking No. 3 among all countries in MIAMI’s latest global study. About 350,000 Canadians spend three to six months in Florida each year, with many of them owning property in the state, according to the Canadian Snowbird Association. Floridians invest in Canada for diversification, lifestyle, education, currency advantages, long-term stability and more. Creating more ties between Ontario, Canada and Miami only deepens our connection and boosts our economies.

“ITSO is committed to transparency and increasing access to data for our end users, and this partnership with MIAMI takes that mission to the next level,” 2025-2026 ITSO Chair Nicole Pohl said. “By opening cross-border listing access, we are giving Ontario real estate professionals new tools to meet the needs of clients who are increasingly looking beyond local markets.”

MIAMI REALTORS® — the largest local Realtor association in the U.S. with 59,000+ REALTORS® and second largest in the world — is now sharing reciprocal MLS access with 510,000+ REALTORS® globally through IntraMatrix. MIAMI operates the largest association owned MLS and the 4th largest of all MLSs in the nation.

The Power of IntraMatrix

MIAMI now has 11 IntraMatrix partnerships. In addition to Ontario, Canada, MIAMI has partnerships with REcolorado; the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), Omni MLS in Mexico; FMLS in Georgia; Realcomp in Michigan; MLSListings in Northern California; Heartland MLS in Missouri; Bright MLS in the Mid-Atlantic; Dayton Realtors in Ohio and Stellar MLS in Orlando. And more partnerships are on the way.

“The best way to connect with fellow Realtors in other areas is through their listings because you can search their market, their price points and more,” MIAMI REALTORS® CEO Teresa King Kinney said. “Our members love IntraMatrix. It’s our new Referral Network. IntraMatrix promotes our members, our data-share partners and our listings globally and it’s helping Realtors connect, make more deals and serve their clients better.”

IntraMatrix allows Realtors to search and view listings in another MLS at no cost to either association. Realtors viewing listings in a different MLS are not allowed to add or edit listings in that respective MLS. The add/edit functionality is disabled.

The databases continue to be owned and operated by each individual MLS. There is no offer of compensation extending from the listing subscribers.
