MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of REALTORS® Commercial (MIAMI Commercial) has once again earned the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Diamond Level Commercial Services Accreditation, the highest award possible, for 2023-2024. MIAMI Commercial, which offers the only dedicated Commercial MLS in South Florida, has earned national accreditation for 16 consecutive years or every year the program has operated.
“MIAMI Commercial takes pride in being an industry leader in providing the best tools and services to help our members become more profitable,” MIAMI Commercial President Lorenzo Perez Jr. said. “We are a forward-thinking association that is always looking to partner with the best commercial-specific products and services, commercial data distribution, world-class training and more.”
In collaboration with NAR’s commercial boards and structures, NAR pioneered its commercial services accreditation in 2008. MIAMI Commercial achieved accreditation every year. In 2022, NAR replaced its five-starred tiering system of recognition with three levels: gold, platinum and diamond. MIAMI Commercial has achieved NAR Diamond status every year since 2022.
