MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2024 Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound MIAMI (JTHS-MIAMI) President Courtney Smitheman at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 2 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
“Collaborate, unite, and excel,” Smitheman said. “Forward focus 2024 for JTHS-MIAMI Realtors – one voice, one vision.”
The JTHS-MIAMI Board of Governors are the think tank, brain trust and expert resource for Realtors in Palm Beach and Martin counties. The Governors identify and monitor threats, opportunities and solutions based on the issues and challenges facing JTHS-MIAMI members on a day-to-day basis.

Smitheman is the principal broker of Crane Reed Properties, LLC. Crane Reed Properties, LLC operates as a boutique full-service real estate brokerage that serves the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast regions, encompassing Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.
Smitheman started her real estate career in 2002 under the guidance of John Collins, a Real Estate Appraiser and Broker in Juno Beach, Florida. Following her mentorship, she went on to establish Crane Reed Properties, LLC.
She has been a MIAMI leader since 2013 when she served on the JTHS MLS committee. Smitheman received the JTHS Realtor of the Year award in 2019.
She has been a Florida REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) National Director since 2023.
Born in Hawaii and raised in South Jersey, Smitheman resides lives in Jupiter, FL and Charlestown, RI.
