The Colombian magazine @RevistaSemana highlights @MiamiRealtors and MIAMI Chairman Fernando Arencibia Jr. on why Colombians are increasing their Miami real estate purchases. Proximity (only three hours by plane), the availability of flights, a Latin culture with the order and advantages of a developed country and access to mortgage credit with U.S. financial entities. Colombians receive rates of 5 to 7% vs. 10 to 11% when buying in Colombia.
