MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors Commercial (MIAMI Commercial) has partnered with Commercial Real Estate Online Publisher (CREOP) in an exclusive alliance that will give MIAMI Commercial members cutting-edge branding and marketing tools so they can improve their respective businesses.

The CREOP partnership joins a growing list of selective, high-quality commercial specific tools that MIAMI Commercial has added for the benefit of its membership. MIAMI Commercial is also adding to its South Florida Commercial MLS and syndication partners. These new partners help MIAMI Commercial members market their properties, prospect, access key commercial market data and increase their professionalism.

“The impetus for our CREOP partnership came from our MIAMI Commercial Board of Governors’ directive to find a robust, responsive and comprehensive way for our members to create fully-branded marketing materials that are tailored to commercial practitioners,” 2020 MIAMI Commercial President Fernando Arencibia Jr. said. “After a thorough review of other products on the market we found CREOP to be best suited to provide an all-encompassing cost-effective marketing solution that are our members can utilize to enhance their branding.”

CREOP’s proprietary online platform allows commercial practitioners to create company branded marketing packages, offering memorandums, proposals, and flyers instantly. Use your company’s logo and color scheme, enter the property data and pictures, and the CREOP system will do all the rest – generating charts, graphs, financial analysis, rent rolls, demographics, etc.

MIAMI Commercial members can take advantage of a 20% discount off CREOP’s pricing.

“We are so excited about our partnership with MIAMI Commercial and to provide a generous discount on our pricing to all its members,” said John Gessford of CREOP. “We look forward to helping everyone achieve their highest marketing potential.”
