MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors Commercial (MIAMI Commercial) has launched South Florida’s only commercial multiple listing service (MLS) and commercial public portal in response to demand from Realtors, buyers and investors for access to South Florida commercial listings. The Beacon Council, the economic development organization for Miami-Dade County, and Florida Power & Light, the largest energy company in the U.S., have partnered with MIAMI Commercial to market and expand the reach of the new MLS.

MIAMI Commercial members are using the new South Florida Commercial MLS and public portal – www.SouthFloridaCommercialPropertySearch.com — to sell more properties and reach MIAMI’s more than 52,000 members with one click. “MIAMI Commercial is so honored to provide the only dedicated commercial MLS in South Florida,” MIAMI Commercial President Jennifer Wollmann said. “The South Florida Commercial MLS was created for commercial Realtors by commercial Realtors. We are also proud to be the only commercial association with a consumer-facing public portal. This means more international exposure and visibility for our commercial members.”

The Beacon Council and FPL partnerships are just two examples of an ongoing effort by MIAMI Realtors to market their members’ commercial listings to strategic partners and commercial real estate websites and provide the public with the best resources to make their real estate decisions.

With a click of a button, consumers can convert listings to Spanish, Portuguese and many more languages. The portal is easy to use. Instead of needing to input 70 plus fields before making a listing public; the South Florida Commercial Property Search website has 30 mandatory fields.
