MIAMI REALTORS will host the 17th Annual International Real Estate Congress and the launch of the new International Property Show (IPS) at the Miami Beach Resort in Miami Beach, Florida on Saturday, October 30 through Tuesday, November 2, welcoming delegations of international real estate professionals from worldwide markets and featuring National Association of REALTORS Chief Economist Lawrence Yun.

Known as “The Place to Do International Business,” the four-day, award-winning Congress will feature world-renowned speakers and presentations highlighting how local and U.S. Realtors can reach the increasingly crucial foreign buyer as well as assessing the strength of the market and how Realtors can identify and take advantage of new opportunities. This year’s Congress features a new broker partnering event to connect U.S. and international professionals and build business relationships and referrals. It includes a property show and three days of educational seminars, luncheons, networking events, and gala receptions showcasing some of Miami’s most beautiful luxury developments.

The Congress and Show are expected to draw more than 1,000 professionals seeking to learn about market conditions in Florida, the U.S. and internationally; to gain powerful marketing insights; to connect with real estate professionals from around the world and to generate business transactions now and in the future.

“We are excited to welcome delegations of professionals and leaders from our worldwide partners and to serve as a venue for local, national, and international exhibitors to showcase their properties, products, and services,” said Teresa King Kinney, chief executive officer of MIAMI REALTORS.

International Property Show
This year, MIAMI REALTORS will launch the IPS, slated for Saturday, October 30 from 10 AM to 5 PM and on Sunday, October 31 from 1 PM to 5 PM.
