In this class, agents will not only learn how to avoid common mistakes but also how to stay compliant with the law, how to handle difficult tenants, how to claim a security deposit legally, what you can and cannot charge a tenant for, and much more. They will learn how to think like an investor and mitigate risk. We will teach agents how to stand out for their knowledge and skill when representing their
customer’s property to build lifelong relationships that lead to return customers and referrals.
