eProperty Watch is transitioning to OneHomeowner
A modern homeowner relationship management platform that keeps your members top-of-mind with their customers and leads between transactions.
ePropertyWatch allowed homeowners to understand their home’s value and the local market to make informed decisions about buying and selling.
OneHomeowner™ does this, while also delivering a hub where homeowners can manage finances, important documents, service professionals, improvement projects, maintenance, and much more.

Why is ePropertyWatch going away?
ePropertyWatch has provided real estate agents and consumers with a good home and
market monitoring system for years. In order to expand what we could offer you and your
consumers, we needed to evolve into a solution that provides a more robust home
management solution for homeowners, and a stronger retention solution for agents.
Why is OneHomeowner?
OneHomeowner is a customer-for-life relationship and retention platform for managing
home ownership. You will be able to offer your clients and leads private and personalized
hubs where they can monitor their home value and equity, maintain and service their
home, store important documents, and more – at no cost to you or your clients.
Why are the differences?
ePropertyWatch allowed homeowners to understand their home’s value and the local
market to make informed decisions about buying and selling, while also generating leads
for real estate agents.
OneHomeowner does this while also taking a more holistic approach by delivering a robust
hub where they can manage home finances and important documents, browse a directory
of service professionals, find improvement projects that will raise their home’s value, get
updated on maintenance upkeep, and much more. You are given detailed insights on your
homeowners’ activities, and will receive alerts when the system detects homeowners
taking actions that indicate a potential readiness to move.
What is available for me in OneHomeowner?
Glad you asked! You can learn more about your new member benefit at:
www.onehomeowner.com/agents. There are lots of great resources on the website,
as well as more product-specific FAQs that you can find by clicking Here.
Is there anything I need to do during the migration?
There are no actions that you need to take; one day you will be going into ePropertyWatch
through Matrix dashboard or ePropertyWatch.com, and the next you will be going into
OneHomeowner. One day your reports & alerts will come from ePropertWatch and the next
they will come from OneHomeowner. Your clients, contacts, and hubs will all be there waiting
for you – just on a new, modern platform.
How will this affect my clients?
There are no actions that homeowners need to take; one day they will be going into
ePropertyWatch and the next they will be logging in to OneHomeowner. One day their
home reports will come from ePropertWatch and the next they will come from
OneHomeowner. All their home and financial information will be waiting for them, as
well as a whole new set of additional features and tools to help them manage their
home.
What are the next steps?
Keep an eye out for updates from ePropertyWatch and your MLS on when your account
will change over. You’ll also receive a welcome email from OneHomeowner, so be sure
to add that email to your contacts so you don’t miss any important comms. Once your
account is switched over you will be able to access your account from the MIAMI Gateway Dashboard.
