How Does Lundy Improve MLS Accessibility?
- Lundy is the most cost-effective solution to the needs of consumers who are blind or visually impaired and is powered by Amazon’s Alexa products.
- Lundy removes any irrelevant fields provided by the MLS if there are any, Lundy then takes the most important data and groups it with like fields and delivers them in small but informative sentences.
- Lundy’s skill set will suggest the groups available to the consumers who are interacting with the property.
- All remaining fields will be available if asked about. Alexa will also send a complete list of available fields to the user’s Alexa app so they know what they can ask.
- Consumers can also ask for the complete list to be said out loud by the device.
- Lundy takes the raw MLS data and runs it through natural language processing algorithms (NLP) to produce the data in complete sentences. Lundy will remove words like “See Remarks” and “Other” to enhance the consumer’s experience.
