"What is the MIAMI REALTORS PAC Investment and do I have to pay it?"
The amount on your invoice is a suggested contribution for real estate professionals, which allows members to support LOCAL, STATE & NATIONAL candidates and issues that are important to the real estate profession and your livelihood.  Your contribution is voluntary, but we highly encourage you to do so because our PAC works to save you money!  Here are some examples:

RPAC Win – Our efforts worked to extend the 10% property tax cap on non-homestead properties permanently – Amendment 2 Passed with 66.49% Approval in Nov. 2018.

RPAC Win – Our efforts helped passed Assignment of Benefits (AOB) Reform to stop fraud and reduce increases in homeowner’s insurance premiums.

RPAC Win – Our efforts help continue the fight for $500K of state funds to combat unlicensed real estate activity.

▪ You may give the suggested amount, opt out, give less – or give MORE!
