If you are only required to complete Core Law and Ethics\, please register for the individual course options available instead of the full program.\n\nThis course must be taken whether you are an “active” or “inactive” licensees.  There is no final examination.\n\n\nCourse includes:\n\n3 hours of Core Law (Mandatory) \n3 hours of Ethics and Professional Business Practices (Mandatory)\n8 hours of Specialty Credit (includes the 2-hour mandatory Fair Housing requirement)\n\nBy completing this course\, you will also fulfill the 2-hour mandatory Fair Housing requirement.\n\n\nThe 14hr. Continuing Education course must be completed every two years.  If you already have the 8 Specialty Credits\, you need to only take the 3hr. Core Law and 3 hours of the Ethics and Professional Business Practices.  License renewal dates are located on the front of the Real Estate Licenses.
