Meeting Objective: Help your team realize that in order to accomplish “great” things in their lives, there must first be a “desire!”

Read the choices noted from above:

Ask: Does your “desire” to be a successful real estate person match any of the mentioned descriptive words? If not, what’s missing from your “desire” to achieve such results? If not, perhaps you should go back and find your “why.”

Remind the team: All of us have a why, which in turn drives our desire. If your desire is not there, maybe you need to look for the why.
