Where is the Brokerage Lead Routing Request Form located on the website?  Will this be available in the agent application?
The lead routing form will be available on  This form will not be made available within the agent application, as this request form is intended for brokerages, not agents.

What does the consumer invite look like?
There is no need for a consumer invite.  Consumers can create their own accounts without an invitation.

What is the Agent/Office Search going to look like?  How much information is going to be provided under these searches?
Information provided in the agent and office roster information will be displayed on

Is the keyword search pulling from listing data fields, property descriptions or both?
Keyword search pulls from the listing data fields only.

How is Nestfully determining what properties to display under Homes for Sale in Explore Communities?  
In the carousel, properties will be displayed in order from highest to lowest price in the highlighted community.

How is Nestfully determining what properties to display under Active Listings in Market Trends?
The carousel searches within the ZIP code for active residential listings in no particular order.

If someone unsubscribes from a Market Trend Report, how do they opt back in?
The user can resubscribe to the report.

Under your profile section, when logged in, can you add multiple cc emails?
Yes, you can add multiple emails as cc, separated by a comma.

How is the data on Market Trend Report calculated?
For each statistic, the system performs a monthly roll-up based on MLS data and then calculates values from that roll-up. For example, the number of new listings value indicates all new listings included in the MLS data feed for the previous month.

On the Find an Agent search, will it present their listings or just contact information?
If the agent has listings, it will have their contact information and a “view my listings” link in the search results page.

How are we validating brokerage service area?
Brokerage services area is determined by its ZIP code.

Will listing data shared with other MLSs be displayed on  
No, shared listings will not be displayed on

Within the Consumer Search App, when “Contact Us” is selected, what phone number and email will be used?
The consumer search app has been updated so that the only contact option is associated with a listing.  “Contact Us” leads will be distributed to either the agent (default) or the brokerage (if broker lead routing has been requested by the brokerage).

If a property is not listed/tied to an agent, will it still display based on public records?
Only properties that are in the MLS data feed will be available.

What is the difference between City and Neighborhood?
Neighborhood data is gathered by a third party; the website creates a polygon/boundary search based on a neighborhood and displays all available listings in that boundary.  A city is another search option is based on the city presented in the MLS data feed.

What is the max number of shapes that can be added to a search?
Users can create up to 5 boundaries/shapes.

Will Nestfully have features that show deal flow and agent productivity?
Nestfully hopes to develop and release collaboration tools in the future.

What statuses will be displayed?
For Sale, Pending, and Sold.
