What is Nestfully?  Nestfully is a public portal that connects consumers to the freshest and most accurate listing information straight from the MLS. It connects you, the agent, to qualified leads.

Will I receive leads through Nestfully?  You’ll receive leads through the website.

What kind of leads does Nestfully generate?  Nestfully provides buyer leads.

Where will I receive my leads from?  Leads will be sent from  Add this email address to your email platform’s safe sender list to make sure you never miss a lead.

Will I be charged for leads?  No.

How will buyer leads be sent?  You can select one of two options:

Option 1; by default, buyer leads route directly to agents.  If you want buyer leads to route to the listing agent, no action is needed.  If a buyer selects that they are working with a specific buyer’s agent, the lead will be sent to that agent.
Option 2; you can request to have them sent to your CRM.  To have buyer leads directed to your brokerage’s CRM, complete the routing request form.

Where is the Brokerage Lead Routing Request form located on the website?  Will this be available in the agent application?  The lead routing form will be available on  This form will be made available within the agent application, as this request form is intended for brokerages, not agents.

What does the consumer invite look like?  There is no need for a consumer invite.  Consumers can create their own accounts without an invitation.

What does the Agent/Office search going to look like? How much information is going to be provided under these searches?  Information provided in the agent and office roster information will be displayed on

For Just Sold properties, how far back will these listings go?  This varies depending on the MLS, but Just Sold listings generally go back two to three years.

Is the keyword search pulling from listing data fields, property description or both?  Keyword search pulls from the listing data fields only.

How is Nestfully determining what properties to display under Homes for Sale in Explore Communities?  In the carousel, properties will be displayed in order from highest to lowest price in the highlighted community.

How is Nestfully determining what properties to display under Active Listings in Market Trends?  The carousel searches within the ZIP code for active residential listings in no particular order.

If someone unsubscribes from a Market Trend Report, how do they opt back in?  The user can resubscribe to the report.

Under your profile section, when logged in, can you add multiple cc emails?  Yes, you can add multiple emails as cc, separated by a comma.

How is data on Market Trend Report calculated?  For each statistic, the system performs a monthly roll-up based on MLS data and then calculates values from that roll-up.  For example, the number of new listings value indicates all new listings included in the MLS data feed for the previous month.

How is Nestfully validating brokerage service area?  Brokerage services area is determined by its ZIP code.

Will listing data shared with other MLSs be displayed on  No, shared listings will not be displayed on

Within the Consumer Search App, when “Contact Us” is selected, what phone number and email will be used?  The consumer search app has been updated so that the only contact option is associated with a listing.  “Contact Us” leads will be distributed to either the agent (default) or the brokerage (if broker lead routing has been requested by the brokerage).

If a property is not listed/tied to an agent, will it still display based on public records?  Only properties that are in the MLS data feed will be available.

What is the difference between City and Neighborhood?  Neighborhood data is gathered by a third party; the website creates a polygon/boundary search based on a neighborhood and displays all available listings in that boundary.  A city is another search option that is based on the city presented in the MLS data feed.

How will agents receive leads from
Upon initial launch of, leads will be sent to agents for their listings via email.  Emails will come from and will provide the contact information of the lead for appropriate follow up.  Eventually, these leads will be provided through the Nestfully Pro app.

Do agents need to do anything to accept the lead?
No action is required from the agent to accept the lead.  Agents will receive leads for their listings automatically via email and there are no additional steps needed from the agent in order to start receiving leads.

What do brokerages need to do to connect leads to their CRM?
A brokerage will submit a request for lead routing through  This request will include the email address that the brokerage wants the leads sent to.  Leads are implemented once the request is authenticated by the participating MLS.
