- Create Custom Letter of Intent to Word Document
- Email Notification: Every Deal Portal participate receives automated emails for changes to the Letter of Intent, newly Invited Contracts, and newly Uploaded Documents
- Upload Documents: Control Viewing Permissions for each document you add to the Deal Portal
