This course is approved for 7 hours of Continuing Education. Florida rules require that we monitor attendance and we cannot issue credit for less than the number of approved hours. In order to receive credit for your course, please arrive on time and stay for the entire class. Sigh-in and Sign-out is required for this class to receive full credit.
Global Real Estate: Local Markets Pre-Requisite – must be taken before any other course.
This course offers you practical information on working with Caribbean, North, Central, and South American investors. Historical and cultural influence, regional relationship, and investment opportunities are covered along with a special focus on Mexico.
