This course will provide a review of the principle taxation issues for foreign investors in Real Estate. It will briefly touch on investment related visas and immigration of the foreign client.

Don Gonzalez, Esq. is a practicing attorney in Weston, FL with over 27 years of experience in Immigration Law, International Tax Law, Foreign Investment in Real Estate, and Business and Corporate Law. His practice is primarily geared toward assisting foreign nationals who invest in Real Estate or business in the United States for immigration purposes. Educationally, he holds a Masters Degree in Finance, a Law Degree and Masters of Law in Taxation. He regularly teaches CE courses that he’s created on the subject of Investment-Based Visas and immigration both in the U.S. and internationally, among other topics.
