New homes can be an often-overlooked option, surprising your buyers and meeting their exact needs. Learn hot to work with builders for more- and easier – closings:
  • Follow changes in the new construction industry: keep up to date on builders practices and sentiment, and the  hundreds of new “Coming Soon” communities nationwide 
  • New homes are in demand: Despite an online decreases in online searches for new homes in the last year, they are still at – or higher than – pre-pandemic numbers. Online searches are the way buyers start their Home shopping journey 
  • New homes are easier to show: Online tools, virtual tours, in-person tours by appointment, self-guided tours, and more! You don’t have to wait for the owner to clean up and leave.
  • Partner with builders: NHSPro is helping make it easier for agents to contact new home community sales reps, register their buyer, and establish relationship with builders.
