They also outline clear strategies for growth and take action on those strategies. Particularly for real estate agents working independently, a business plan will help you stay on track throughout the year and let you know whether you’re on track for positive growth.

This class is for the agents looking to grow their business strategically in 2024, be more productive with their time and make sure they constantly have clients in their pipeline.  We will review the importance of having a business plan, break down what needs to be in the plan and why, and agents will be provided a specific framework and examples to work through their plan at the workshop and afterward.
